READING: Cabinet Minister UG Brahma today took part in a series of programs organized for the distribution of benefits under various government schemes at Mushalpur HS School in Baksa district.
As part of the Vidyanjali Programme organized by the Education Department, Minister UG Brahma donated ceiling fans to schools that are enrolled in the initiative. The program seeks to improve the quality of education by engaging community and private sector involvement.
The Minister also took part in the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukta Bharat Abhiyan, where he distributed nutritional food baskets to TB patients in Baksa district, in collaboration with the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme.
Furthermore, Minister UG Brahma distributed uniforms for sports, agriculture kits, and other items to STP beneficiaries under the Integrated Tribal Development Programme (ITDP) schemes.
During the occasion, MCLA, Mantu Baro, and DC, Baksa, were present to show their support for the Minister’s efforts.
Minister UG Brahma expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to participate in these schemes and promised to continue supporting such initiatives.
