On Wednesday night, an unidentified miscreant allegedly murdered brother and sister in Bongaigaon, Assam.
The incident was reported from Durgamari village.
According to information, the miscreants had barged into their house yesterday night and attacked the siblings, resulting in their deaths.
The reason for the alleged murder is yet to be determined.
Ajmal Sheikh and Firoza Begum have been identified as the deceased siblings.
Meanwhile, local police arrived on the scene and recovered the bodies for post-mortem examination.
Further investigation is underway.
