Kokrajhar: The Grand Bathau Prayer and Kherai programme concludes today with the grand event’s Kherai Dance.
For the sake of world peace and unity, the Bathou traditional culture and research centre in Kokrajhar hosted a three-day celebration of Grand Bathou Prayer and Kherai on March 3, 4 and 5 in Greenfield, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar.
Large crowd of devotees could be seen on the final day of grand prayer programme.
Among those present were ALA Speaker Biswajit Daimary, BTR Chief Pramod Boro, Cabinet Minister Urkhao Gwra Brahma, Former BTC Deputy Chief Khampa Borgoyary, BKWAC Chief Mihiniswar Basumatary, Principal of Gossaigaon B.ed College Ajit Basumatary.
