EM Dr. Nilut Swargiary inaugurated significant developmental projects in Saikia Chuburi VCDC, located in BTR region.
The initiative encompasses the establishment of a Reading Centre at Saikia Chuburi Nepali Gaon and a Study Centre at Bhogdal, funded by MCLAD (Mazbat Community Livelihood and Development) Fund for the year 2022-23.
In addition, the construction of the house of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin beneficiary Shri Achini Mochahari in Bhogdal Village was also undertaken to provide housing support to the underprivileged.
To improve sanitation facilities, a Community Toilet was constructed at Paoriapota Chowk under the 15th Finance Commission, catering to the needs of the local community.
Furthermore, a Checkdump was constructed at Dhopguri Village under the MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) for the fiscal year 2022-23, aiming to enhance waste management and environmental sustainability.
These developmental works underscore the government’s unwavering commitment to rural development and upliftment, aligning with the vision of BTR CEM Pramod Boro.
