Kokrajhar: Kokrajhar, on June 8, witnessed the organization of a Bikash Tirtha program as part of the nationwide “Maha Jana Samparka Abhiyaan.” This event celebrated nine years of governance under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Various dignitaries, including EM Reoreoa Narzihary, ST Morcha State President, Shivnath Brahma, KDC BJP President, Rajkumar Brahma, MCLA of Bonorgaon, Rajib Brahma, along with dedicated party workers, embarked on visits to notable institutions in Kokrajhar.
The institutions encompassed during these visits included Kokrajhar Medical College, Kokrajhar Cancer Hospital, Kokrajhar Planetarium, and Bodofa Cultural Complex. These institutions have made significant contributions to the progress and development of the region in their respective fields.
Visiting these institutions allowed the dignitaries and party workers to witness the progress and development in education, healthcare, scientific exploration, and cultural preservation.
