Kokrajhar: The Nativers’ Institute of Bodology (NIB) is set to host the First International Conference on the Oral Resources of Bodo Language, Literature, Culture, and History, scheduled to take place on the 10th and 11th of June 2023 at Brajendra Kumar Brahma Seminar Hall, CIT Kokrajhar.
The conference’s primary objective is to shed light on the rich oral traditions and resources of the Bodo language, literature, culture, and history.
The Nativers’ Institute of Bodology, located in Sudempuri, Kokrajhar, was established by Bodo scholars and intellectuals to promote the concept of “BODOLOGY” inspired by Max Muller’s “INDOLOGY.”
The institute’s focus includes researching strengths and weaknesses, exploring new possibilities, and delving into the Bodo’s historical past.
