Kokrajhar: On 11 April 2023, 78 cadets of Kokrajhar High School in Assam, India, took part in a 10 km Cycle Rally organized by the 7 Assam Battalion NCC organization to mark the occasion of Earth Day 2023.
The event was a significant step towards promoting a healthy lifestyle and reducing the impact of vehicular pollution.
The cadets, accompanied by their teachers and organizers, rode bicycles through the town to spread awareness about the importance of reducing carbon footprint and protecting the environment.
The theme of Earth Day 2023, “Invest in our Planet,” resonated well with the participants, who recognized the need to take urgent action to address environmental issues.
