In a move aimed at providing education, healthcare, and nutrition to children in remote areas, Cabinet Minister Urkhao Gwra Brahma inaugurated two model Anganwadi Centre under 63. No. Chapaguri LAC today.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by MCLA, Mantu Baro and DC, Baksa.
During the inauguration ceremony, the Minister also planted saplings in the premises of the Model AWC to promote sustainability and environmental preservation.
The Minister’s gesture was warmly welcomed by the attendees. The Minister expressed his satisfaction and joy when he interacted with the children. The Minister believes that the centres will provide a nurturing environment for the children from the state’s most remote areas and contribute to their holistic development.
The government is committed to providing education, healthcare, and other basic necessities to children to shape a better future for society.
The Anganwadi Centres are an integral part of this initiative, and the government aims to open more such centres in the future.
