The Department of Sericulture has recently launched a significant initiative by organizing an extensive orientation program for its newly recruited Grade-III and Grade-IV employees. This program aims to provide these employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their respective roles within the department.
The inauguration of the orientation program was marked by a notable event where Cabinet Minister Urkhao Gwra addressed the gathering.
The orientation program, which commenced on June 13, saw the active participation of 74 Junior Assistants, 16 Drivers, and 175 Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) assigned to various positions within the Department of Sericulture.
During his address, Minister UG Brahma took the opportunity to extend his heartfelt congratulations to the newly recruited employees. He acknowledged their successful acquisition of positions within the esteemed department, emphasizing the importance of their roles in contributing to the growth and development of the silk industry.
