Shilpgram in Guwahati was hosting Shilpgram Mahotsav 2023 to celebrate its 18th Foundation Day which concludes on March 19 in Panjabari, Guwahati.
Shilpgram Mahotsav is a National Festival of Music and Dance organised by North East Zone Cultural Centre, Dimapur.
BTR CEM Pramod Boro was invited as the Chief Guest to the Mahotsav’s final day.
The festival featured exhibitions, cultural performances, and traditional art and craft. Attendees were treated to a various colourful programmes performed by 29 cultural groups.
Dr. Prashanna Gogoi (Director of NEZCC); Former MLA Chandi Basumatary, EM Wilson Hasda and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
